It is my pleasure to invite you to my hometown – Warsaw. A city which despite of its complicated history stayed modern and unique.

Old Town(pol: Starówka)

One of my favorite places in the city is the Old Town, which has been destroyed, yet rebuild to give you the experience of the past. You can see there some traditional houses, the Royal Castle and plenty great restaurants. As well as the symbol of Warsaw – the mermaid. You can have a nice walk as well as enjoy traditional Polish food in one of the plenty restaurants that there are.

Each Friday there is a beautiful show of illuminated fountains just nearby the castle! It starts at 21:30 so if you will arrive one day ahead of the wedding I would recommend you to visit it!

The heart of Warsaw is changing rapidly, but there is one thing that stays there no matter what The Palace of Culture and science, which has been build many years ago. Throughout the years it has became another symbol of the city. There are plenty of exhibitions and events taking place there. You can as well visit the panorama terrace at the 30th floor and enjoy the view over the city.
